Poland 2018: Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer - Light Me Up

Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer represented Poland with the song called Light Me Up in Lisbon 2018. The song was performed in the first Semi Final but did not qualify to the Grand Final. Light Me Up got the fourteenth place in the Semi Final.
