Sandrine François represented France with the song called Il Faut Du Temps in Tallinn 2002. The song went straight to the Grand Final as France is one of the biggest financial contributors of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Il Faut Du Temps got the fifth place in the Grand Final.
