After Paul Harrington and Charlie McGettigan won the Eurovision Song Contest 1994 in Ireland with the song called Rock 'n' Roll Kids , Eurovision Song Contest 1995 took place in Dublin, Ireland . This was the sixth time Ireland hosted the competition. Total of 23 countries participated. The winner of the competition was Secret Garden from Norway with the song called Nocturne. The song gained total of 148 points. This was the second Eurovision Song Contest victory to Norway.
