After Frida Boccara won the Eurovision Song Contest 1969 in Spain with the song called Un Jour, Un Enfant , Eurovision Song Contest 1970 took place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands . This was the second time The Netherlands hosted the competition. Total of 12 countries participated. The winner of the competition was Dana from Ireland with the song called All Kinds Of Everything. The song gained total of 32 points. This was the first Eurovision Song Contest victory to Ireland.
